AAdvantage Terms and Conditions

All American Airlines AAdvantage members who book and pay for a limousine package or airport transfer will receive one mile for each dollar in charges they incur in their trip. It is customary in the limousine business to award a gratuity to the limousine driver. Gratuities will not earn AAdvantage miles. A trip is defined as the time and date of the location for picking up the first passenger(s) to the time and date of the location the final passenger(s) are dropped off. Miles are given only to the one person who pays for the limousine trip. We cannot divide miles among multiple parties, or assign the miles to a third party.

It is the responsibility of the person paying for the trip, or their representative to provide Captain Limousines the AAdvantage number prior to the trip commencing at the pick-up date, time and location of the first passenger(s) and during Captain Limousines’ normal office hours.

An active e mail address is required to be included in the profile to participate in this program. Miles will be awarded once a month. We will award miles no later than the 15th of each month for the previous month’s trips. This program will commence on January 1, 2010 and can be terminated at any time without advance notice by Captain Limousines, Inc.
